-
- Log in to your Slate applicant portal.
- Review the Post Offer checklist items. This is the list of documents that you need to submit.
- Review your conditions of admission as outlined in your offer letter and in your portal. These tell you what you need to do to maintain your offer of admission.
- Submit documents before your deadline. You can find your deadline in your offer letter.
What are official documents?
Official documents are sent to McMaster University directly from an institution, such as a school or a standardized testing center. Copies that are emailed or scanned and uploaded to your portal are not considered official.
If mailed, the document must be in an envelope sealed by the institution.
How do I submit official documents?
If your conditions require a final official copy of your documents, request that your school/testing centre mail the final official documents to:
McMaster University
Undergraduate Admissions
1280 Main Street West (Gilmour Hall 108)
Hamilton, ON
L8S 4L8
Please identify McMaster as an electronic receiver for documents that must be submitted through WES. For those that can be sent through Parchment Services, ask your institution to submit official documents through Parchment.
If you receive official Pearson results, you may request to have them sent to macdocs@mcmaster.ca from earlyresults@pearson.com. Cambridge results are subject to online verification. Attested copies of these results are required only if these results are not verifiable online by the Admission Office.
If your conditions specify that you can upload documents, please do so in your Slate applicant portal.
Once all documents are received, we will review to confirm if you have completed all the requirements to meet your conditions of admission. Once this is confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that your offer is finalized.
