Accessibility Information

Accessibility is a priority at McMaster. Our goal is for everyone to be able to make the most of their day on campus.
We are dedicated to offering the following features to ensure a positive experience.

Session Recordings

Recordings with closed captioning of all faculty and program information sessions will be available after the event.

Priority Seating

Reserved front-row seating will be available at all faculty and program information sessions for those who may require it.

Accessible Building Entrances

View our guide to accessible building entrances to navigate with ease. Please select the building and floor you are looking to visit from the menu on the left side of the screen. Select “check all” to turn on display landmarks for accessible entrances, elevators, washrooms, and hallways.

Quiet Space

A reserved quiet space will be available on campus located in the basement of Burke Science Building (BSB) in room B135. Please ask staff at the Welcome Tent for details and directions.

Additional Accommodations

When you RSVP for the event, you can share if you have any additional accommodations to make your visit accessible. Please provide us with adequate notice, ideally at least one week prior to the event, to give us sufficient time to best support you.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at liaison@mcmaster.ca
On the day of the event, if you require any assistance, please drop by our Welcome Tent.

Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities!
