Virtual Tours
A visit to McMaster is the best way to learn more about the University and get a feel for our campus. You can meet students, learn about their experiences and see our facilities, all of which help to define the distinct personality of the University.
Now, you can do all of this from the comfort of your own home. Our live virtual campus tours bring you our exceptional in-person tour experience online. Interact and ask questions in real time as one of our friendly tour guides takes you digitally across campus.
Details
Our 60-minute virtual campus tours are broadcast through a YouTube livestream. You will be guided through campus by one of our tour guides. A second tour guide will be in the live chat to answer your questions in real time.
During your virtual campus tour, our tour guides will:
- Showcase a variety of facilities such as a residence room, the athletic centre, an eatery, a library, academic buildings, and more.
- Provide information on residence and meal plans.
- Discuss student life at McMaster.
- Answer any questions you have about becoming a future Marauder.
Once you sign up below, you’ll be directed to a registration page where you can select the date and time that works best for you. One hour before your scheduled tour time, you will receive an email with the link to view your tour. Be sure to activate your YouTube account before the tour so that you can participate in the live chat!
Tour Offerings
Fall 2020 virtual campus tours will begin in mid-September.
Tours are offered:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm & 8pm
- Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am & 4pm
- Saturdays at 9am, 12pm, & 4pm
Note that our tours run approximately 60 minutes in length and all times are EST.
