  • GENERAL CAMPUS & RESIDENCE TOURS

    Summer Tours will be offered from:
    May 14 – August 10, 2018
    (*Summer Tours registration is now open)

    Tours take place Monday to Friday, at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm and are designed for secondary school students considering undergraduate studies at McMaster University.  They led by a current McMaster student, who can provide you with information about our campus, as well as student life.

    These 90-minute general walking tours are not program-specific, and typically include:

    • Student Centre
    • Athletic centre
    • One eatery
    • Two residence styles
    • One library
    • A lecture hall
    • A tutorial room and/or lab
    • Other facilities

    RESIDENCE-ONLY TOURS

    We are no longer offering Residence-Only Tours.

    *Please note: Residence & Housing will be offering Residence Tours later in the summer, once Residence Assignments have gone out.

  • PROGRAM SPECIFIC TOURS

    Science Tours
    Science Tours are run by the Faculty of Science.  These tours are 60 minutes & highlight the labs and facilities used by students in Level I Science programs at McMaster.

    Engineering Tours
    Engineering Tours are run by the Faculty of Engineering.  These tours are 60 minutes, led by a current Engineering student, and provide information about programs,extra-curriculars and student life.

SECONDARY SCHOOL GROUP TOURS

Our School Group Tours are designed for prospective high-school-aged students, who are planning on applying for university in the next couple of years. If you are a teacher interested in arranging a Campus Tour for a group of high-school students, please contact Amy MacLean, our Campus Tour Coordinator, via tours@mcmaster.ca or 905.525.9140 x 23650.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GROUP ACTIVITIES

If you are interest in bringing elementary-school-aged students to visit our campus, we recommend arranging a more age-appropriate activity. Some of the activities that McMaster offers include, but are not limited to:
